Note from the nurse
Beginning July 1, 2010, Tennessee Department of Health added two immunization requirements for all children entering 7th grade. Documentation of a dose of tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap) vaccine and verification of varicella immunity through disease or two doses of varicella vaccine are now required to enroll in 7th grade. Proof of these immunizations must be given to your child's school on or before the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.

Community Service Project
Mrs. Creech's sixth grade language arts classes are doing a community service project for the Animal Shelter in Lexington. The shelter needs Pedigree dog and cat food, dog and cat treats, cat litter, liquid laundry detergent, Lysol spray, paper towels, and snacks and bottled water for volunteers. We might have a visit from some pets to the homerooms that bring items! Students need to bring their community service form to be signed to get community service credit! Thanks for your help!
